POLICY

RETURNS

At Nelle Mavri, we are committed to providing high quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Nelle Mavri product purchases, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you need to return your purchased product, please kindly review the information below:

  • Returns must be done within 14 days of purchase date for an exchange.
  • Merchandise must return in its original packaging, unopened and unused condition.
  • We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
  • Please kindly send us an email the reason for your return and our friendly team will get in touch with you. Please send your mail at info@nellemavri.co.za
  • Please kindly include your order number or tracking number when sending us an email as we cannot exchange or refund until our office have confirmed returned merchandise. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (please see our damaged products policy)
  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase
  • Returns will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the returned merchandise.
  • We will gladly exchange purchased merchandise and shipping charges only if the product you received isn’t what you initially ordered and paid for.
  • Refunds can take 1-2months to be credited back into your account.
  • We will not refund or exchange empty containers or used merchandise.

Only items purchased on www.nmstore.co.za and Nelle Mavri Facebook page may be accepted for a return. Products purchased from www.nmstore.co.za can only be refunded or exchanged by our offices.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We will gladly exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused. If there’s a need for your to exchange your purchased product, please review the information below:

  • We only accept exchanges on products purchased on www.nmstore.co.za or Nelle Mavri Facebook Page within 14 days after the original purchase.
  • Please send us an email or call with regards the product wish to exchange. Please do not forget to include your order or tracking number when mailing us.
  • If there’s a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our friendly team will get in touch with you for further information.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs which we will not refunded unless you’ve received a wrong item from us.
  • Ship your exchange to us via SAPO (South African Post office) speed services, or PEP PAXI counter to counter delivery service using the following details:

  • Or send your exchange to the Northgate PEP OR PEP CELL store.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY

Should you receive an item that is broken, cracked or damaged, you may contact us or send an email with an attached image of the damaged merchandise you wish to exchange and we will respond appropriate exchange instructions. The exchange or replacement of a damaged item should be reported within 14 days after the date of purchase.
